Is it Friday yet?!

I’m dreaming of Friday and this pretty little cocktail is definitely on my mind.  On these hot summer days, this cold, light, sweet, and refreshing beverage is perfection.

At your wedding, having a signature cocktail is EVERYTHING!  Okay, not everything, but is seriously adds to the ambiance when you can touch on all five of your guests senses.  Not just seeing the beautiful decor, or smelling the gorgeous flowers, but also sipping on something just as delectable brings it all together.  It’s all in the details.

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz liqueur framboise
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz raspberry syrup
3 drops rosewater
1 egg white
1 1/2 oz sparkling water
Rose petal for garnish

Raspberry Syrup
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
